Cozumel March 5th 2017

Today we board the  Dive Paradise boat "Renegado"  for a trip to San Francisco Reef with our friends Gary and Vicky Norman and Vicky Schulte along with Scuba Too   Divemaster Bill Layman and a few new friends for a total of only 8 boat mates.

San Francisco was warm with an average current pulling us north fast enough to carry us to the end at the 60 minute mark. I think this is a beautiful reef with plenty of places to slip the stream.

After an hour surface interval we jumped back in on the wall Villa Blanca. Of course this is Sunday, the only day of the week that you can dive this site. Today I have my macro lens and focus on Painted Elysia before and after the large Eagle Ray passes us by in the shallows headed into the current.

Stay tuned for more fun from Cozumel this week!

AHH man that"s wonderful. I’m jumping out of work truck at 8:00am and you are jumping into a dive boat.

26 degrees and 6 to 8 inches of snow tonight, dammit.

Enjoy those reefs, and the 6 to 8 inches of sand
